Regulatory status
LUXE Automotive Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority as a credit broker, not a lender. We are entered on the Financial Services Register.
Products we broker
- Personal Contract Hire (PCH) and Personal Finance Lease.
- Business Contract Hire and Business Finance Lease.
- Our Flexible Lease product, underwritten on affordability rather than credit score alone.
Our lender panel
We work with a selected panel of prime and specialist finance lenders. We do not offer a whole-of-market service. The lender best suited to your application is determined by product, deposit, term and affordability.
Commission
LUXE typically receives commission from the lender that funds your agreement. Commission structures vary between lenders — none pay us more for offering you a higher interest rate. The specific commission arrangement for your agreement is disclosed to you in writing before you sign.
Complaints
We take complaints seriously. Contact concierge@luxe.example. If we cannot resolve your complaint within eight weeks, or you are unhappy with our final response, you may refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
