These terms govern your use of the LUXE website and the online application process. They do not form the lease agreement itself — a separate regulated agreement is issued when your application is approved.
Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom (or an approved jurisdiction).
- Business applications must be made by a director or authorised signatory.
Applications
Submitting an application does not create a lease. All applications are subject to affordability assessment, identity and residency verification, and — for Personal and Business finance products — underwriter approval.
Documents
You confirm that documents you upload are accurate, complete, and yours to share. Misrepresentation may be reported to fraud prevention agencies.
Fees
LUXE does not charge you a broker fee. Where we receive a commission from a lender or underwriter, this is disclosed before you sign.
Cancellation & complaints
Statutory cancellation rights apply to any regulated agreement you enter. Complaints can be raised to concierge@luxe.example and, if unresolved, to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the last 12 months.
